The GO team is friendly and engaging especially Richie, Matthew and Bian( the tennis coach) these lovely people make it more fun. Will be back again.

Food variety is AWESOME, hardly any repeats during my 5day stay there.

Room is comfortable & clean - thanks Putra!

Hospitality is 11/10, with warm welcoming smiles everywhere you walk to - Special shoutout to Yulia, Rere, Sandra, Noor & Xuan for making us feel very at home.

Activities are funnn - special shoutout to Bian the Tennis instructor & the Taiwanese Yoga teacher who's experts in their field respectively. Teach very well & make learning fun at the same time! I especially enjoyed Tennis & Aerial Yoga there!

The Petit Club's G.O.s are amazinggg, alway fulls of energy to entertain & hype up the kids. I can feel at ease putting my kid with them knowing that Yulia, Haley, Garfield & Dimas are there with them.

We stayed at Club Med Bintan in May 2025 as a family of three, and what a beautiful experience it was. It was our first trip with our 3-year-old son, and Club Med made it not only seamless, but genuinely heartwarming.

A special highlight was the Petit Club Med, where our little one spent his days. Although he wasn’t thrilled about the idea of “going to school” at first, he quickly warmed up thanks to the amazing G.Os who showered him with care, laughter, and patience. Huge thanks to Zan, Finn, Yulia, Rere, Syasya, Kimi, Hayley, Angel, Danial, Anada, and Garfield. You each played such a big role in making his days joyful. And of course, “Sister” Sandra – thank you for your warm welcome on arrival and for being such a familiar, reassuring face throughout. A special shoutout to Dimas, who drew the most adorable elephant and lion hana on our son’s hands – he wouldn’t stop showing them off!

Our stay began with a stunning garden dinner on Saturday. Shae made the experience even more special by walking us through the premium menu and making sure we got seats with a great view. It was a wonderful start to the holiday.

Meals were consistently amazing – from local flavors to international dishes, the variety was impressive, and we could feel the passion from the kitchen team in every plate. Kudos to the chefs and the entire F&B team!

A heartfelt thanks also to our exceptional housekeeper, Putra, who surprised us every day with different towel animals in our room – our son absolutely loved returning to the room just to see what Putra had made next.

Evenings were filled with lively shows and beautiful moments. We especially enjoyed chatting with many of the G.Os after the performances – thank you to Al (Ali), Xuan, Aki, Chris, Chase, and Carrisa for the conversations and laughter. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and connected.

There were so many more G.Os we met over our short 5-day stay – each one brought warmth and energy, making it hard to leave. We genuinely wished we had more time to enjoy everything Club Med Bintan had to offer.

Our little boy is already asking when we can go back – and honestly, so are we. Thank you for the memories. We hope to return again soon.

We’ve been to 7 different club meds, across more than 10 stays…. and this was one of the best stays we’ve had. It was made extra special by the friendly and frankly, amazing GOs we met! Danial at Teens Club was one of my top 3 kids club GOs we’ve had (kids just loovvee him!), Clarissa was such a bundle of laughter and energy, Al had crazily amazing skills in the air, William was always super helpful in the restaurant, Lia was oh so sweet and kind and always giving us drinks at the bar with a smile, the 2 baristas at panorama bar served excellent coffees, and the ever helpful and friendly bartenders at the beach bar, Ketut is an amazing masseuse, and of course the ever friendly Noor, Santo and Leo! Housekeeping Steve is great too! Last and definitely not the least, is Carolyn at reception who is THE reason why we came to Bintan. We just had to come and say bye to one of the most amazing GOs ever. We will miss all of them, and especially Carolyn and Clarissa so so much! We’ll be back!

Just got back from an incredible stay at Club Med and honestly, the G.O. team made the whole experience unforgettable. Everyone was super friendly, fun, and made us feel welcome from day one. A special shout-out to Rita and Grace always smiling, full of energy, and genuinely made an effort to connect with us and the other guests. You can tell they love what they do.

The atmosphere at the resort was amazing — great food, fun activities, beautiful surroundings, and good music in the evenings. Whether you wanted to chill or stay active, there was always something to do. The shows were surprisingly good too — funny, creative, and full of talent.

Already thinking about my next trip. Thanks to the whole Club Med team for the good vibes and memories!
