The stay was great. The hotel in general looked slightly dated, however the staff were always friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Ms. Sentha who went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time.
The all-inclusive was really good, with the variety of food at the restaurant, free flow drinks at the bar.
Overall, great stay. But really need some maintenance and upgrading works needs to be carried out, specially the building wall looks dirty

Excellent club led by a great leadership and so lively this place! GO are really working their way out to keep all of us entertained! All staffs are so talented!

The best experience was with the Trapeze. Ally, Sandy, Edo, Hendry, Edo and Holly. They were professional and friendly. I would come back to Club Med Bintang because of them. The food was great. Accommodation was excellent. I enjoyed the golf too with the two instructors. The shows were great. Peddle tennis was fun. the waiter and waitresses were helpful and friendly.

We were all very well taken care of on this trip from the minute we step foot into BIntan and till our departure. It was fun for people of all ages from kids club to adult bar and entertainment programme that engaged all of us.

We had a small scale lucky draw, and Yui has actually offered to accomodate us elsewhere for us to carry it out. Though we did not utilise it, i feel that Yui and her team are very thoughtful and attentive to our needs.

Though the room blocks were older, but the rooms were kept clean stocked with essentials.

We have been made very welcome on many occations. Staff members are extremely helpful and kind. It is a great family friendly experience. Special mention to rey, sentha,edo,sandi,holly,sihar,yayuk,nur. Thank you all for the great holiday !
