Amazing holiday at Club Med Cancun mainly thanks to the incredible GO team led by Abdel. It was really a throw back to the old days of club med for me. Massive shout out to Tarik head of sports who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic . He helped us with so many different things like restaurant reservations, late check out and gave us advice on ensuring we made the best of the trip and most of it wasn't even in relation to his sports area!!. He was just super genuine and caring to ensure we had the best experience. I love the way the GO team take care of clients on all areas not automatically within their main area . I have not had this experience recently at club med. I also found Jersey to be so kind and helpful and he always took the time to chat with me and my family and made us feel welcome. Liz in the mini club was awesome with my daughter and striked the right balance between fun, care and respect for others. I also thought Pepito made the whole atmosphere of the club amazing and is an incredible dancer and entertainer in the shows.
The GO lady from Belgium ( can't recall the name sadly ) who is Abdel team was also excellent and was always super visible around the village to chat and help and was super kind and authentic.
The food was excellent and what I've experienced in other club meds and the quality of the shows were superb.

2) RECEPTION-GA STAFF: Quick, professional, and easy to work with:
3) ROOM: Very good. 4) FOOD: Main buffet Excellent, two Restaurants, Very good 5) ENTERTAINMENT: Musicians, acrobats-Excellent, 6) Wellness classes: Pilates, Stretching, Zumba, Weight room-Excellent. Club Med did not disappoint.

This was our 3rd time coming to Cancun club med and we loved it, like always! The people are what make it special! Shout out to Jersey for being so friendly and sharing his smile with us every day, to Tarik for treating us like family, to Ayoub for bringing the life to the party, to Joatham for making us feel like home, to Jack for giving me a great Aquagym experience, and Abdel for giving us an amazing experience at Club Med. I can’t wait to come back! Will miss the Club Med crew!

Fun five days in the sun with nothing to worrry about! Club Med Cancun took care of everything. Staff was fantastic, food was great!!

Six years later I found myself back at Jade, this time with my husband, along with the friend with whom I'd spent a week at Jade in 2018. Not much has changed. Jade is still an oasis of beauty, comfort, luxury, and most importantly, incredibly friendly, thoughtful service. Cristel, who manages Jade, is an absolute superstar, she checked in daily to see if we needed anything and made sure our needs were met. She also delivered a mindblowing Beyonce-inspired performance at one of the Jade soirees, we were so impressed! The bartenders at the Jade pool bar were all incredible, namely Daniel, Erasmos, Eliseo, Ademir, Marco, Jaime, and Jesus - they were so welcoming and attentive, it was sad to say goodbye. Every day, the choice of food at the various restaurants was abundant but the lunches and afternoon crepes at the Jade bar, made by the absolute maestro, Jorge, were our favourites. Our rooms were comfortable and spotless, and even though part of the resort is undergoing renovation, it was quiet and peaceful. Honourable mentions for other staff who went out of their way to make our holiday special: Brigitte, Guadeloupe, Paula, Lionel, Chrislove, Myriam (Mimi), Alan, YouYou, and Eloy - thank you all! It really is the staff who make Club Med special, whatever their role, they fulfill it to their utmost.
My husband was reticent about spending a week at an all-inclusive resort and he is now a convert, we all enjoyed a rejuvenating, lovely week!
