First day and first meal at Club Med Cancun, Manuel Huerta set us up with specialty drinks and made sure we felt we were in vacation. Great first impression

My experience at Club Med Cancún was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed, cared for, and genuinely loved by the incredible staff. The people I met here made this trip so much more than just a vacation, they made it a memory that I will carry with me forever.

This is a perfect trip for solo travel or traveling with family! This past summer i spent a total of 4weeks at club med cancun! The first time with my family and kids and this resort is amazing and the staff were never shy to lend a helping hand with my girls! Kids club staff were super nice and productive! The food on the resort was absolutely delicious! The shows were fantastic and the events were unforgettable! Fun excursions like scuba diving are available and fun!

The resort itself is great but it’s the people who make it amazing!

-Erin, who has such a beautiful spirit. She has a way of making everyone around her feel comfortable and appreciated.

-Léa, who’s full of joy and has a way of making every moment feel a little brighter.

-Karla, who’s full of joy and warmth with a rare infectious energy. She has the ability to light up every room she walks in. I’ve never met someone so amazing!

-Natalia, who’s such a beautiful soul, with a heart that shines through in everything she does.

-Samuel, who’s so sweet and has a gentle way of making everyone around him feel happier.

-Allen , has positive energy and is always happy! His cheerful spirit is truly contagious.

• Sandry, who’s such an inspiration and someone whose strength and passion are truly admirable. The way she carries herself and shares her light with others is something I’ll always look up to and remember.

They all made such a positive impact on my experience. Every one of you brought your own kindness, energy, and warmth, and I am so grateful for the time you took to make me feel welcome and appreciated.🫶

To the trapeze Team , especially Mailys and Akiha, You showed me a new sport that i have fallen completely in love with! Thank you for being patient and teaching me as much as you could about this beautiful art! Your skills and dedication are truly inspiring ✨

-William has such beautiful and amazing energy! He taught me how to sail and He went above and beyond to give me an unforgettable experience. His heart is 100% in everything he does, and you can immediately tell what a genuine caring and kind human being he is. He always made me feel comfortable, cared for, and included in every situation . He was also such a great dancing partner who danced the night away with me even if he was too tired . His kindness, energy, and beautifully genuine personality made every moment that passed feel extremely special, and I am so grateful for all the memories! I will always remember his pure heart and our time spent together. He is truly irreplaceable and one of a kind.

-Max is so compassionate and always made me feel so welcomed and included. He has such a lovely soul! His kindness and genuine warmth made every interaction feel special. I am so grateful I had the chance to meet him and experience his spirit. He is one of those people who leaves a lasting impression on your heart!

-Paulo always made me laugh and was always teaching me something new! He is such a personable and positive presence.. His energy is so genuine and uplifting, and I am so grateful for all the laughs, conversations, and memories we shared.

-Italia is genuinely one of the sweetest people I met during my stay. She has such a warm and caring personality that made me feel truly appreciated and welcomed. Her kindness never went unnoticed, and I am so thankful for the beautiful energy she brought to my experience. She is someone I will always remember with so much love!

You all made my time on the water so much fun and helped create some of my favorite memories from this trip. Your energy and personalities made every moment even more special. You all are amazing at what you do but most importantly, gave me such beautiful connections ❤️⛵️

What really stood out to me the most was how everyone made me feel like I belonged. The staff didn't just do their jobs, they went above and beyond to make me smile, feel included, and truly enjoy every single day. It is rare to meet so many wonderful people in one place, and I feel incredibly lucky that I got to experience that here.

Club Med Cancún will always hold a special place in my heart because of the people who made it feel like a family . From dinners to dancing, I came here for a vacation, but I am leaving with beautiful memories and so many special connections and friends that I will never forget. Thank you all for making my stay so magical. I cannot wait to come back and see you all again. ❤️🌴☀️

Beautiful location, quiet yet lots of activities. Different area for families also. Loved the dance classes. Staying at Jade was excellent. Customer service is excellent. Jesus at Jade with everyone is great taking care of you with food and drinks. Rooms were excellent. I loved the restaurants specially La Esancia. Catered to vegetarian / vegan too. Alfredo working there very loving and welcoming. Made me feel very special. This why I keep coming to Mexico for their hospitality. I enjoyed snorkeling right off the resort. Italia and Sal were excellent with of course life guards. I loved the Michael Jackson show. Had great time dancing in the evening. Zumba classes were great work out.

Sender and chloe were the best counselors in teen camp. They were really kind and funny. They made sure everyone felt included and were having fun. They made me look forward to every day 😁👍

We stayed in the Exclusive Collection of Club Med Cancun and felt pampered the entire visit. From even before we arrived Daniel was texting us to to welcome us and ensure that our connection was seamless. The staff, especially the bartenders at the Exclusive Collection, were friendly and excellent. The food at the various restaurants was delicious and had lots of vegetarian options for me and a variety of options for picky kids. We especially enjoyed the lunches and evening entertainment at the Exclusive Collection. The room we stayed in had two bathrooms and a separate room for the kids-- what a luxury! Our kids didn't partake in the teen/kid clubs, but they enjoyed the water park, the basketball court, and pickleball tournaments. We enjoyed archery together as a family and spent tons of time at the pool. Swimming in the cenote for an excursion will be a core memory for all of us, but I recommend you avoid uncooked food when off resort property. Overall Club Med was a 10/10 and we will absolutely go back.
