Reception Rex very helpful us, he trying to help us and solve our problem. Ski Ruler very good service and very detailed. He make sure every items is clear mentioned to customer even that is issue in the charge item. Ski coach Jhon very patient to describe every mistake from GM and correct them with right approach.

5/5 • 18/12/2024我是蛮难教的，幸好教练有耐性。一级的课程对于初学者来说还是蛮有挑战性的， 需做好体能训练。一开始就会上缆车，然后从第一战滑下。有时学生太多了，就比较难学习。一个教练对十多个学生很难学。期待明天的课，感谢Ekko和Perry教练的指导。
The Mini Club kids programme is great and my children all made good progress in their skiing techniques in just a few days. The kids enjoy it very much.

Ski coach Perry is patient and attentive to make sure learners progress at the end of each lesson. An excellent experience for beginners and those who need a refresher.
As for the hotel, maybe they can upgrade their mattress to be more comfortable.

5/5 • 16/12/2024We have had a fantastic time in Club Med Yabuli in December. The food is amazing and international, the slopes are thrilling and our boy has been well trained and taken care of (of course his progress is very impressive, leaving his parents in the snow 😂). The programmes off the slopes are equally commendable, G. O. Team kept us entertained! We brought back great memories from our first ski holiday.
Special thanks to ski instructors Tong, Jhon, Noah et al (the team is bilingual too). We will be back Yabuli.
