Kiroro Grand Japan

We stayed for 12 days during the summer and honestly, would've stayed longer. Staff was as always amazing and so attentive to our needs, we have plenty of activities to do. We had Onsen, spa, biking, tennis, golf, hiking, park golf among free activities. Looking forward to seeing the magic during the winter!

Wonderful experience at Kiroro grand. Everyone was very friendly. The aqua gym instructor Harry was very friendly and we had the pleasures to have dinner with him .

I visit with my partner and kid for a three nights visit. As is well known kid had tons of fun with the renowned mini club, which is likely the mainstay for family to visit since we could just let loose the beast and relax.
Meanwhile as a once and future sports enthusiast without a kid to tend to, I dabble into sports I’ve never tried before and had a lot of fun despite very meager success (the process itself is already a success I should counter to myself).
Tho the very one thing that I could not stress enough is just how dedicated the staff in kiroro grand are, and how the ensemble could pull that off is truly a miracle considering the worker shortage around the region and everything. It’s just insane. The first night I finally put the kid to bed and rush to the gym I stumble across a room where some of the staff are doing rehearsal for the show next evening. They worked really hard, and just so you know a show night just ended and I wonder if they ever slept. The next morning they would be relegated to various functions again, like coaching an awkward mid aged dad that is me to various kind of new sports or hosting kid events or as receptionist and so on. I’d concede being a kiroro staff is more demanding than being parents. I sincerely wish they are well paid for the dedication and more importantly I hope the management find means to let the staff sleep more so this could be more sustainable.
I mostly interact with the desk staff / coaches / receptionist people but the kitchen and cleaning crew are no less impressive. I get people complain the food got repetitive but I think they’ve already been inventive in the efforts and I still enjoy the buffet immensely on day four. Cleaning crew are always most polite and show care. I asked them to bring a stool so kid could wash his own hands but they brought the entire kit that could handle year 0 to year 6…

We arrived just a few days after the summer season opened, and the resort was already so lively and full of energy!

It was such a pleasure to see Jack and OAT again. They always greet us so warmly, and seeing familiar faces makes every stay feel special.

The kids had a great time too. They were excited to see some familiar G.O.s again at Mini Club, and they also really enjoyed the Teens program. Hina and Jessie, who had just started working there, were also wonderful and took great care of them.

We were also very lucky to see Yutaro during our stay!

Every member of the staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming.

We absolutely love Club Med during the summer season, and we are looking forward to coming back several more times!

夏シーズンが始まってまだ数日というタイミングで到着しましたが、リゾートはすでにとても活気があり、楽しい雰囲気にあふれていました！

JackとOATにまた会えたことも、とても嬉しかったです。いつも温かく迎えてくれるので、知っている顔に再会できると滞在がさらに特別なものに感じられます。

子どもたちもとても楽しんでいました。Mini Clubでは以前お世話になったG.O.さんたちとの再会を喜び、Teensプログラムにも楽しく参加していました。新しく働き始めたHinaとJessieにもとてもよくしていただきました。

滞在中にYutaroさんにも会うことができて、とてもラッキーでした！

It was our baby’s first birthday and we decided to go on our very first overseas family trip to celebrate. Searched for many different places but we spent the holiday with our baby at Club Med Kiroro Grand since the “all-inclusiveness” seemed very convenient. It was also our first time experiencing Club Med, and we honestly didn’t expect to bring back such unforgettable, wonderful memories. Even I have stayed at many hotels around the world, I can confidently say that the hospitality and food at Club Med were truly top-tier.
We were deeply moved by the incredible staff who made our stay so special.

• Eddy kindly prepared a special cake for our baby's very first birthday
• Angel always greeted us with warmth and thoughtfully checked in to ensure we had everything we needed
• Raditto and Ganda provided world-class service and genuine hospitality from the moment we stepped into the lobby until the moment we left the hotel

Thanks to all of them, our trip was an absolute success. It is a place that makes us genuinely want to return, and I wanted to express my gratitude once again.
